We can offer Shime saba or sushi mackerel from the fresh waters of Iceland. The fillets are processed in a brine with vinegar to get a distinct texture and flavour. The fillets are processed and then packed in vacuum bags and frozen.
These fillets are traditionally sliced and used as a sushi topping.
The mackerel is available in small vacuum units in a 5 kg box that is ideal for catering. We can also arrange for other packaging and quantites.
